Larry Titus, Broker and President of Beach Club Realty
The homesites for sale at The Village on Lookout Mountain are being managed by Beach Club Realty, Inc., an affiliate of the Developer.
Larry Titus, Broker and President of Beach Club Realty, has been affiliated with the Developer for nearly 10 years and has coordinated nearly $100,000,000 in sales. This symbiotic relationship for resort development can be seen by the investment holdings of Mr. Titus in each project.
“If I wear an investor, owner, and guest hat, I can appreciate more closely a client’s perspective”, said Titus.
Historically, our clients want to understand how the Association rules produce a favorable investment opportunity in an enjoyable environment and that each owner is treated the same.
The initial offering of homesites will be 23. A site plan is available on the website.
The homesites on the plan designate the buildable area of the homesite. An easement is granted to each site for utilities and access. All areas outside of the homesites are maintained by the Master Owners Association.
No time requirement exists for building; however, the Developer intends to give some priority of selection to those purchasers wishing to build in the immediate future.
The lodge is available for overnight stays and is expected to make planning and construction of your mountain home an enjoyable experience.
