Q. The Homeowners Association: WHO?
A. All owners of home sites within Village on Lookout Mountain.

Q. WHY a home site and not a lot?
A. History has shown that planned developments, with generous area for trees, walking paths and other community wide activities provide consistent enjoyment for all owners. Consistent enjoyment is also a key to value growth.

Q. HOW do I access homesite?
A. A central two-way traffic, low intensity road will be an extension of South Brow Drive. This road will access the back of each lot.

Q. HOW do I get utilities?
A. Water, electric, phone and cable will be provided to each site. Tap on fees for water will be required at completion of home construction. All utilities will have a monthly fee to the appropriate provider when activated after home construction. There will be a septic tank permit provided for each lot.

Q. WHAT golf courses are nearby?
A. Cloudmont -10 miles, Little Mole Run in Mentone - 10 miles, Canyon Ridge - 20 miles, Terrapin Hills, Fort Payne - 20 miles.

Q. WHAT use can an owner have of the lodge on ongoing basic other than the conflict with weddings, company retreats, and other semi-commercial functions?
A. The lodge is open for general use. Card games, luncheons, dinner parties, sit, unwind and watch the sunset. You are expected to cleanup after yourself. No fee is anticipated.

Q. Is a chef available for dinner parties?
A. Matthew Faciane from Louisiana is a chef who now lives within 5 minutes of the lodge. Matthew is available on an hourly basis to shop, prepare and serve the entire meal as well as do a complete cleanup.
